These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of 24/7 DINK’s services, including Indianapolis open play sessions, amateur pickleball tournaments, and our drop-in play events near Carmel and Noblesville. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all court usage rules and the member and guest code of conduct.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access our facility or website.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Placing an Order means you agree to all terms related to payment, delivery, and returns. You confirm all information you submit is correct and complete. Order cancellation may occur due to unavailability or suspected fraud.
Refunds will follow our Returns Policy. Please return Goods in original condition to receive a full refund.
By participating in 24/7 DINK’s indoor open play, league events, or registering for a pickleball tournament near you, you agree to follow our facility guidelines, including proper court conduct, scheduling procedures, and waiver acceptance.
Violation of our rules or using another person’s account to access drop-in pickleball play may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Promotions like recreational pickleball tournaments or membership giveaways may be subject to their own terms. Where conflicts arise, promotion-specific rules take precedence.
All logos, web content, and marketing materials related to 24/7 DINK open play pickleball or amateur tournaments are protected and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We are not responsible for content, practices, or data on third-party sites linked through our Service.
Breaching these Terms may result in the loss of access to pickleball court reservations, open play sessions, or promotional offers.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, 24/7 DINK is not liable for incidental or indirect damages arising from participation in drop-in play, use of our indoor pickleball courts, or tournament involvement.
All services are provided “as is” without warranty. This includes access to pickleball open play near you, league play, and the purchase of Goods.
