Overview: This course builds on your foundational skills with a focus on consistency, control, and confidence. Each week blends targeted instruction with live play scenarios to help you transition from novice to competitive rec or early tournament-ready play. For intermediate players with solid rec-play or tournament experience who are ready to level up their control and strategy at the kitchen line. This course helps you establish a solid hitting platform and log high-quality reps to bake in your transition and soft game under pressure. 90-minutes of instruction each week with time to "scrimmage" with your classmates.
